Lucas’ Train Themed Birthday Party

My little Lucas is 2! Where does time go? After months of playing with & obsessing over trains, there was no doubt of what his birthday party theme was going to be. Trains, of course! Today, I’m going to share all the details of Lucas’ train themed birthday party!

Chugga Chugga TWO TWO Train Themed Birthday Party Decor

I really didn’t want to embrace the typical primary color themed train party decor. Solution? Enter my little Etsy shop fittingly called Lukie Lou Paper Co. because, honestly, most of my content is inspired by the little MR. himself. For Lucas’s 2nd bday I had a blast creating this CHUGGA CHUGGA TWO TWO train themed birthday decor complete with printable invitations, 2nd birthday milestone poster, personalized train tickets, personalized cupcake toppers and a train banner.

As party favors, I purchased these train whistles from Amazon to complete the train theme. All of our guests parents were so thrilled! Haha!

Train Station Ticket Counter and Train Tent for Train Themed Birthday

To add some imagination to this train themed birthday party I purchased this Thomas the Train pop up tent & setup a train station ticket counter using a friend’s table top puppet show stand, a play cash register I gave Lucas for his birthday & custom made printable train station tickets now available in my shop. Lucas and his friends had so much fun pretending to sell train tickets & boarding the train!

Simply click MAKE and print the file on printable Cricut vinyl, then use your cricut to cut. If you don’t have a Cricut you can also just use scissors, although you will have to download Cricut Design Space and create an account.
