Hi there! I’m Lindsey – the mom behind Two Rights and a Left.

My love for creativity, flowers and planning have all inspired this blog – Two Rights and a Left. I hope that my research and insight can help others navigate the project or season that they are in.

Through Two Rights and A Left, I share some creative ways to have fun and celebrate with your friends and family and also some budget friendly gardening projects. 

A few things about me…

• In 2019, I decided to become a stay-at-home mom to our first child Lucas after spending 8 years in the IT industry. It was a hard decision to tear myself away from that identity and I wanted to find another creative outlet I could pursue on the side – enter blogging and my Etsy shop Lukie Lou Paper Co.
• In 2021, we were blessed with our daughter Zoey. My mom journey with Zoey was such a different experience than Lucas. I felt like I just couldn’t figure her out or get things right and couldn’t figure out why. It was a very difficult, prayer-filled, sleepless year! I would eventually discover that she has multiple IGE food allergies, multiple assumed non-IGE allergies and Eosinophilic Esophagitis (diagnosed at 11 months old). This experience and her journey to be able to eat has forever changed my perspective of our food sources and how our family eats. You can learn more about her story and journey here.
• Besides raising our kiddos, Lucas and Zoey, I spend my days working on projects for my home and garden or working on my Etsy shop, Lukie Lou Paper Co.
• I’m a Christian and lover of Jesus Christ and continue to learn more about my faith through teaching these kids. Isn’t it amazing how that happens?
